Chapter News

In an instant, your life could change forever . . .
You awake to the smell of heavy smoke.
It becomes increasingly difficult to breathe.
Is your family safe? What do you do?
In the shock and confusion that follow,
the Red Cross is there,
helping to rebuild lives.

OUR JOB IS NEVER DONE;
HELP US HELP OTHERS

You would be given an orientation regarding all of our services, so you can answer questions that the community may have, you would hand out preparedness info, promote volunteerism, promote our health & safety classes, sell first aid kits. The duties change depending on the event. We also participate in many parades.
